We work hard to bring you the quality workmanship and service you deserve.

Interior- We move all furniture to the middle of the room or out of the room if necessary, and cover them in plastic. Floors are covered with tarps, and all trim is taped off if necessary. We will ask the customer to remove all small personnel items and draperies. If this is not possible, we will do it at no extra charge. Any nail holes, nail pops, cracks, and water stains and damage are repaired and sanded.

Exterior- Areas will be pressure washed if necessary, ( in the majority of cases), and all mold and mildew is removed. We will scrape and sand any peeling paint, caulk cracks and gaps, and replace any rotted wood if necessary. All bare spots will be primed followed by one or more coats of only the best exterior paint or stain. Two coats of paint or stain is recommended the majority of the time, however there are instances where a one coat exterior paint can be used without sacrificing the protection you need.
